Gala 2025 Committee volunteer needs (Details to come)
Theme/Decorating
The theme committee is responsible for decorating for gala. We will need help with painting flats, help with organizing certain sections of the upper gym, hallways and cafeteria, painting and creating items to go along with the theme that will be displayed and general help with setting up. You do not have to be artistic to help out and anytime you can give is greatly appreciated. Decorating requires a lot of volunteers so please let us know if you can help. There will also be signups for certain times when painting is needed.
Fundraising
Food
The food committee is responsible for food for the entire evening. Food is served almost hourly, so we will also need lots of volunteers to pick up food and drop off. In addition, if you have any connections to with restaurants or food establishments that might be will to donate to this event, please email Amy Drucker at amykdrucker@gmail.com.
